Roasted: Locally in San Diego, CA, by a small-batch, queer + woman-owned roaster

Size: 10 oz / 280 g, whole bean

Pour over: 22 g coffee to 350 g water (1:16), medium-fine grind, about 3:30.

French press: 30 g coffee to 450 g water (1:15), coarse grind, steep 4 minutes.

Drip machine: 60 g coffee to 1 L water (1:16), medium grind.

Espresso: 18 g in, about 36 g out, 25 to 30 seconds.

Treat these as starting points and adjust to taste.
